Unable to remove CCM files or folders

• Download and extract Handle & Process Explorer from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/handle & https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer
• Copy Handle.exe and ProceXP.exe to C:\Temp
• Run CMD as Administrator
• Run Handle.exe C:\Windows\ccm
• You should be able to see the PID
• Now run ProceXP.exe and kill the PID
